What is your main job function at PMC Servi?
I am a procurement assistant and receive all order confirmations and other documentation related to procurement orders. In the event of discrepancies, I need to discover these and make sure that those responsible for the orders are informed.We also talked with Anne Lise Halvorsen who is QA manager and responsible for IFS Applications at PMC Servi.
Has anything changed in this process?
Previously there was a lot of manual registration and check-in of documents. Using the Addovation Document Agent, order confirmations and other order-related documentation is sent via e-mail directly to IFS Applications in approved status, and automatically connected to the correct object. This makes the workday much more efficient.
How much time do you think is saved per week?
It is difficult to estimate, but it certainly is a lot.

How much time do you think you save with this solution?
We are checking in more than 2000 documents per month and save approximately 2 mins per document. That gives us a reduction of more than 60 hours per month and we are very happy with that. In addition to being more efficient in this part of the process – we also have secured that more documents are checked in and archived correctly.
We are very happy with this solution and would like to use it on other types of documents too.
