The Master document helps you keep track when many are involved in a project  depending upon the performance of many parties. The Master Document List normally will have the following information:

  • Title
  • Vendor Document Number
  • Owner Document Number
  • Supplier Document Number
  • Planned Date of Submission
  • Discipline and other meta data as sub-area code as required for document number generation.
  • If the document is for approval or for information.
  • Weight-age of the document for usage in physical progress monitoring of the document.
