Jonatan has worked at Addovation since 2017, and works as an Application Consultant at our Jönköping office.

So Jonatan, what is your role at Addovation?

I work as an Application Consultant and Solution Architect within Supply Chain & Manufacturing. I have worked with customers such as Stena Aluminium and Profil Gruppen where I was responsible for supply chain, purchase and warehouse processes in IFS Applications™. I currently work for Sobi as a Solution Architect as well Quality Management.

Despite your young age, you have gained a lot experience within ERP and Supply Chain Management. What do you believe is important when starting as a young consultant within such a complex area as ERP?

I came straight from the University when I started at Addovation. I didn’t know much about what it meant to be a consultant or what a ‘day in the office’ would be like.  Luckily, as a part of my introductory program, I was given the opportunity to join projects to see how the more experienced consultants worked. I got to observe and ask, learn about methodology and got assigned various tasks. I learned a great deal, which I have had great use for in the projects I have managed since. As I see it, it is incredibly important to be able to be with experienced consultants when starting a job like this.

So, one day you work for an aluminium company, and the next day for a pharmaceutical company. How do you handle working within so many different industries?

That’s the part that makes it fun. I get to see many different industries and I am presented with new challenges every day. I can use my experience from previous projects and present new and innovative solutions for my customers.

What makes you tick?

I am very solution oriented as a person, so the funniest things I do is to meet with customers, understand their processes and try to find the best solution for them.At the same time, I’m quite social, so being able to work with people suits me very well. It gives me a very good feeling when the customer says that they are very satisfied and that I have helped solving a problem they have been struggling with for a long time. Some customers have even asked me if I could come and work for them full time! But then I have to say no because I really like it at Addovation!

So, what is the best thing about working at Addovation?

At Addovation, you’ll meet a fantastic group of people. We are so many individuals that each play an important part of the team. You immediately notice that we have a good company culture, and you feel that you are part of a team that is committed to each other and to our customers.
