Position at Addovation: Applicant Consultant at the Stockholm Office since April 2019. He has specialised in Manufacturing and Supply chain.
Background: Started at Addovation immediately after finishing a Master’s Degree in Information Systems at Uppsala University.
I recently had a chat with Demir Hajdarevic, who has been working at our Stockholm Office since its start-up in 2019. I got to ask him a couple of questions about what it’s like working at Addovation.
By Sigrid Marie Saastad
Marketing Manager, Addovation
So Demir, what is your role at Addovation?
I see myself as a problem solver and I help our clients getting over their ERP hurdles and making most use of their system. As an Application Consultant I work closely with clients to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement configurations, and testing. The latest clients I have been working with are Samhall, Norden Machinery and Statnett.
When I started at Addovation, I didn’t have much working experience within the ERP field, but what really interested me in this position was my interest in knowing how such a system can support the main business processes within a company, especially companies within the manufacturing industry. Also, when I started working at the Stockholm office it was newly opened, and I found it really exciting to see how you can branch out a business. In fact, these days we are moving into a new office here in Stockholm, so now we have room for new colleagues and further growth!
What makes you tick?
I love the feeling of doing something really well. It’s very satisfying to help customers and add value to their investments. It is especially gratifying when I can solve a problem that has been causing the customer a lot of pain over a longer period of time.
What is the best thing about working at Addovation?
Although I haven’t been working for that many companies, I feel that the Addovation culture is really special. The combination of competence, friendliness and determination to do great things for our customers is really inspiring to me. It makes me want to do my best, and it keeps me learning and growing. I really recommend starting at Addovation if you are a problem solver, like being challenged and loves learning new stuff every day.
Thanks to Demir for a very inspiring chat!
