Have you heard about Addovation before? Not? No, that may very well be the case, that’s why we’re now looking for someone who is sharp at Employer Branding. In short, Addovation can be described as an IT company that works with business applications. We are 140 employees in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Sri Lanka. But we have bigger ambitions than that! By 2024, we will hire 100 new employees and this position is an important piece of the puzzle for us to succeed in our growth journey.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you have the primary responsibility for recruitment and Employer Branding. You conduct searches and quality-assured recruitments, build and maintain networks with future talent and collaborate with colleges/universities. We also have plans to start our own trainee program. Tests are used in all recruitments, so you will choose and be responsible for the collaboration with the selected test provider.

The service is located in Jönköping, Linköping or Gothenburg and we work with high flexibility around home / office work. Travel is included to our offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
