Nord Gas Solutions transforms operations across multiple countries with IFS Cloud and Addovation
Nord Gas Solutions, a provider of gas systems and lifecycle solutions, has selected IFS Cloud with Addovation as its implementation partner, supporting the company’s operations across multiple countries.
The new solution will provide a common digital platform for managing complex, project-based operations – from CRM and finance to engineering, procurement, delivery, and lifecycle services. The agreement includes IFS Cloud licenses, hosting, implementation and Addovation Engage for long-term support and continuous development.
The implementation will be rolled out in phases. The first phase will cover four countries and is planned to be completed within nine months. Further countries will follow in the next phase.

Nord Gas Solutions operates in an environment where projects, engineering, subcontracting and lifecycle services are closely connected. This places high demands on project control, cost visibility and the ability to follow a project from initial design through delivery and service.
IFS Cloud is designed to support project-driven and engineer-to-order businesses, connecting these processes in one platform – giving Nord Gas Solutions a stronger foundation for managing projects across countries, improving cost control and creating better visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Fast implementation with a long-term perspective
A key part of the project is speed. Addovation and Nord Gas Solutions will work towards a tightly defined MVP for the first four countries, with the first phase planned within nine months.
At the same time, the solution is being designed with the wider international organization in mind. The next phase will extend IFS Cloud to further countries, with plans to further develop the platform’s capabilities over time, including AI-driven functionality within IFS Cloud.

A long-term partnership
The partnership will continue beyond implementation. Through Addovation Engage, Addovation will provide governance, management, support and continuous development of the solution in the years ahead.
The agreement also strengthens Addovation’s position within project-based manufacturing, service and maintenance – areas where the company already supports customers such as BOS Power and SEAM.
