Addovation is one of Scandinavia’s largest consulting companies working with ERP. We offer consulting, implementations, upgrades, integrations, add-ons, and hosting. We would like to introduce you to Oscar Claesson who joined our office in Linköping in February.

Oscar, you are one of the newest additions to our team! What is your experience of working at Addovation so far?
I have been welcomed with open arms! I started working for Addovation in February, but I have already met up with customers, done workshops and carried out installations in customer environments. It’s cool and exciting to be working with IFS Cloud and getting to know my new colleagues at the same time.
What type of customers are you currently working with?
In my short time at the company, I have already worked with several customers. For example, I am currently involved in an IFS Cloud upgrade project for a leading supplier of water traps, and an upgrade project at a Swedish manufacturing company. I have a very varied workday as the customers operate in different industries and have different needs for their financial solutions.
What can you offer our customers?
As I have previously worked as an Application Manager, so I can easily recognize our customers’ needs and challenges. I can also provide broad expertise within IFS, as I have knowledge of most of the modules in the system. This means that I can offer solutions that bring great value. Even minor improvements can save time and increase the system’s overall value.
What do you think is the coolest about IFS Cloud?
I like the modern feel and web-based user interface of IFS Cloud. However, it took me some time to get used to not using the right mouse button.
Why did you choose to work with ERP, and why Addovation?
I have always been technically interested and have worked with administrative tasks and was given responsibility within various systems. ERP is cool because you can influence the customer’s processes and benefits. At my previous job at LFV, I cooperated with Addovation, and I have always been impressed by their knowledge and way of working. I am thrilled to be a part of their team and their culture based on cooperation and team spirit.
What do you like to do besides work?
I like going to the gym, cooking steak, and enjoying it with a glass of wine! I usually spend the summer months at the Swedish seaside with my family.
