Networking & Evening Events

The conference kicked off with the first of three keynotes, where over 20,000 attendees gathered to hear customer success stories and see how the NetSuite ecosystem is empowering businesses to scale. A major focus was on the platform’s unified system, designed to foster customer growth.

Each evening provided opportunities for networking and fun, including:

  • An Oracle Finance meet-up at Top Golf
  • Attending Celigo’s VIP Event
  • Connecting with new partners like Zone and collaborators such as Antire
  • Wrapping up with The Party, where we got to see Journey live—an unforgettable experience!

Exploring the Expo & AI Innovations

Daily visits to the expo were a must, especially the AI Arena, which highlighted cutting-edge AI-driven product enhancements.

Here are a few key takeaways:

Financial Exception Management: This AI tool helps finance teams close books faster by identifying anomalies in financial data, such as missing or incorrect information and unusual profitability margins. This feature aims to streamline error detection and give finance teams more time to focus on meaningful analysis.

NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Assistant: AI-assisted communication tools are revolutionizing ERP analytics. SuiteAnalytics Assistant helps users quickly find relevant data and generate reports. By understanding the context and presenting data effectively, it makes analytics more accessible to non-experts.

Generative AI for SuiteScript: With the new N/llm module (Large Language Model), developers—and even non-developers—can leverage AI to write SuiteScript code. This opens up endless possibilities for customizations, making complex coding tasks more manageable for users with varying skill levels.

Personal Reflection

NetSuite continues to enhance its already robust platform, particularly through AI advancements. While the focus on AI is exciting, I can’t help but feel that other known limitations still need addressing. As someone working in the system daily, some updates could benefit from focusing on practical, everyday challenges. Notably, Europe, especially the Nordics, is still ahead in areas like invoice automation and e-invoicing.

Finally, we’re excited to announce that we’ve joined Oracle’s Beta Program, giving us early access to new AI and ML features to experiment with in our internal development accounts.
