Better Together 2025
Our yearly conference this year happened in Skövde at Billingehus!
We’ve just returned from our annual conference – Better Together 2025!
On September 11–12, around 200 of our Nordic colleagues came together at Billingehus in Skövde. The two days were packed with inspiration, insights, and meaningful discussions about change, growth, and what “Together” truly means at Addovation.
In the evenings, we celebrated each other, reconnected, and enjoyed spending time with colleagues we don’t get to meet often enough.
We had the opportunity to hear the great conductor Kristofer Wåhlander speak about the striking parallels between a symphony orchestra and a business corporation.
