Leading Addovation forward
Addovation appoints Charlotte Berg as CEO to lead next phase of growth
Addovation has appointed Charlotte Berg as its new Chief Executive Officer. She will take up the position on October 5 and lead Addovation into its next phase of growth, with a clear focus on strengthening the company’s position as a Nordic business technology partner and creating greater business value for customers through expertise, close collaboration and new technology.
We have built our position on a combination of deep specialist competence, close customer relationships and a collaborative culture. As technology and customer expectations continue to evolve, our ambition is to build on these strengths while further developing how we help customers simplify complex business operations, continuously improve and get more value from their technology investments.
The Board’s perspective
For the Board, finding a leader who could combine this foundation with a clear commercial and strategic perspective was central to the recruitment process. Charlotte brings leadership experience from the technology and consulting industries, including several years as a CEO, together with a warm and people-focused leadership style.
“Addovation has a strong foundation: highly skilled people, close relationships with our customers and a culture where collaboration really matters. We wanted a CEO who understands the value of what has already been built, but who also has the experience and drive to take the company further. Charlotte combines strong commercial and strategic competence with a genuine interest in people. We believe she is the right person to lead Addovation in its next phase.”
— Frode Haugli, Chairman of the Board of Addovation
Creating value through technology and expertise
Charlotte currently serves as Director at Kyndryl Consult, responsible for Practice, Alliances & Partners across the Nordics and Baltics. Her experience spans both larger, structured organizations and smaller companies, giving her a broad perspective on growth, transformation and leadership.
Looking ahead, Addovation will continue to strengthen its core expertise and long-term customer offering while developing new capabilities as technology evolves. AI is an important part of this development, alongside automation, cloud technology and other innovations that can help customers work smarter, improve their operations and create measurable business value.
“What attracted me to Addovation is the combination of strong expertise, close customer relationships and a clear ambition to grow and develop.”
— Charlotte Berg, incoming CEO of Addovation
“There is an impressive amount of knowledge and experience across the company, together with a strong understanding that real value is created when technology, business and people come together. I see tremendous potential in taking that forward. Also, technology is developing quickly, and that creates new opportunities for both Addovation and our customers. The important thing is not the technology itself, but how we use it to solve real business challenges and create value. I look forward to getting to know our people, customers and partners, and to building on the strong foundation that is already in place.”
Charlotte will take up the position as CEO of Addovation on October 5, 2026.
