How it works:
The solution monitors any incoming e-mail on Office 365. When the solution detects a new incoming e-mail, it automatically creates a new case in IFS Cloud case handling system. It also checks in the email message and its attachments (even if you do not have IFS Document Management), and automatically connects them to the case.
