As we approach the end of 2024, I want to take a moment to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This season is a time to reflect on the past year and the milestones we’ve achieved as a team.

Addovation remains focused on growth and innovation. While many consulting companies in the Nordic region have faced challenges and demonstrated weak growth, we are proud to have achieved a remarkable full-year growth of 25%.
This success has been driven by a range of significant and exciting projects completed throughout the year. We have had the privilege of collaborating with incredible clients such as Havfram, Ntex, Note, Consolis, Tomra, MP Bolagen, Expodul, Orkla House Care and Vision, to name just a few. Looking ahead, we are excited to start working on new projects with valued organizations, including AMV, the Swedish Veterinary Agency (SVA), Växjö Energi and the Swedish Maritime Administration. With this momentum, we are confident we can keep providing great results and new solutions for our clients next year.
In September, we launched Addovation Insight, a solution designed to help organizations better understand their financial data and support data-driven decision-making. Another significant development this year has been the growth of our team. We now have over 200 employees, a milestone that reflects our steady expansion and the skills of the people who make it possible.
As 2024 is coming to an end, I encourage everyone to take the time to relax and recharge with family and friends. The year ahead brings new challenges and opportunities, and I’m confident that we’ll meet them with the same dedication and teamwork that has brought us this far.
