Addovation was selected as implementation partner
Havfram needed to have all the systems up and running with a short time limit and chose Addovation as an implementation partner from an early stage. Within six months Addovatoin had implemented IFS Cloud™ as an ERP-system.
Addovation was recommended by IFS
Bjørn Ola, CIO at Havfram, explains in an interview with TU.no that Havfram started with two things: one was establishing the workplace tools for all employees, the other was choosing an ERP solution as the first major system. Addovation was recommended by IFS as a good system integrator, and notably as a company that had previously managed to establish ERP solutions very quickly.
Smooth and gradually implementation
Havfram needed to have all the systems up and running in about six months. The basic core functions were first established. It can be build on further throughout 2024, so that it becomes a more complete system over time. Addovation will continue the process with Havfram.
It was important for Havfram to have a partner and supplier who was involved in the approach. Who could implement the solution gradually and smoothly.
“It has worked very well. They have been very responsive, prioritized correctly, and helped us focus on the absolutely most important things,” says Bjørn Ola.
