Strengthening the Board for exciting challenges ahead
Addovation, the long-term ERP partner, strengthens the Board by appointing two non-executive, external forces to guide the company through exciting challenges ahead.
Keeping the company mission front and center
Since the company was founded in 2008, Addovation has grown substantially had a turnover in 2021 exceeding 170MNOK and is now employing 160 employees across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Sri Lanka. To help guide the company in the right direction, professional board member Frode Haugli has been appointed as Chairman of the Board. Frode has a broad background from several leading roles in the Nordic IT business. Frode has great experience with board management and is currently involved in multiple companies within different industries.
Furthermore, Glenn Veiby, CEO at the Raise Group, has been appointed as a new board member, replacing Kenneth Smith. Glenn has a strong ability to combine conceptual and structured thinking with practical business matters and will be very valuable for the company.

Frode has a broad background in several leading roles in the business world. According to himself, he is no visionary – however, he is a firm believer in setting a direction for the company, backing it up with a clear strategy and being excellent in the execution phase.
