The Idea
It all started with a simple question: As the volume of documents grows, how can we efficiently find and summarize information that’s relevant to our company? Traditional chatbots were limited in their interactions, often providing predefined and general responses without truly understanding our company’s place in the market. We envisioned a solution that could not only engage in conversations, but also harness the power of non-interactive functions to enhance data-driven decision-making – based on your company’s document collection in your business solution, for example IFS Cloud™.
You might ask: this sounds a lot like OpenAI ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. However, while it’s based on similar technologies, there are a few key differences:
- Using the power of IFS document management
- All the necessary user roles, rights, and classifications are already in place, which enables our solution to respond with answers based on correct classification of information
- Can run in the cloud, or in your on-premise environment
- Full transparency of which documents are uploaded and what information the service has collected. Specific documents can be removed if outdated or wrongly uploaded
Interactive Chatting
One of the key highlights of our service is its ability to engage in interactive and context-aware conversations. Whether it’s addressing customer queries, assisting employees, or facilitating seamless communication within your organization, the LLM make information finding more like an actual conversation.
